History:
Unfortunately, we are not aware of this cars history.
Configuration Details:
Out of the original 1948 Speedster chassis, there were eleven to be finished in Dark Sea Blue. One chassis was delivered to Australia, three were delivered to Germany, one to South Africa, another to the United Kingdom, and five to the United States.

In viewing the exterior of this configuration, the more notable details include the Satin Aluminum finish on the 20-inch 911 Speedster Wheels.

The interior is finished in a two tone Luxor Beige/Black Leather selection, and features Pebble Grey deviated stitching throughout the cabin. It is here we also see the Lightweight Bucket Seats, which include Pebble Grey piping, Pepita inserts, and the painted pass throughs in Dark Sea Blue.

It is also worth noting that everything you see on this chassis was completed from the factory, except for the gold Speedster script on the rear bumper and arches by the interior. Porsche would not allow for any examples outside of those which were optioned with the Heritage Package to leave the factory with the gold lettering, hence the owner applying those after the fact.
