History:

This Maritime Blue example was originally delivered to Ontario, Canada, in November of 2019. This chassis features a plethora of options, totaling the build price to $349,940 CAD.

In 2022, this chassis was acquired by a new owner in California, who would continue on to list the car through Bring a Trailer during February of 2023, with just 352 miles. Once the auction ended the car did not meet reserve, with a high bid of $367,500 USD.

Later that year, this Speedster was once again listed for sale, however, this time it was offered by RM Sotheby's during their Monterey auction. It is here that the car was now listed with 394 miles. The result for this auction proved very successful, selling for $582,500 USD on August 19, 2023.

Configuration Details:

Out of the original 1948 Speedster chassis, there were six to be finished in Maritime Blue. Two were delivered to Belgium, three to Canada, and one to the United States.

In viewing the exterior of this configuration, the more notable details include the Satin Black finish on the 20-inch 911 Speedster Wheels, along with the Tinted PDLS+ LED Headlights in Black.

The interior was optioned with the Black Leather Interior Package, including extensive deviated stitching details in Speed Blue. Other notable details include the Lightweight Bucket Seats, Painted Climate Control Panel, Air Vent Slats Painted, and the Chrono Package.
